Standard Shipping

All store orders are shipped via UPS.  Customers are responsible for all shipping and related costs.

You can specify another carrier and/or use your own account.  Select Manual Processing.  NOTE: Using another carrier may add a delay to your order fulfillment time.

Insurance

We don’t add insurance to the shipping cost.  If you want insurance, select Manual Processing and in the order note let us know the insured value you desire.

Same Day or Fast Shipping

Products with this symbol normally ship the same day if orders are received by noon CST. If your order is urgent, please contact us to ensure we meet your expectations.

If you select a faster delivery option than Ground service, we will make every effort to prioritize order fulfillment that same day.

Delivery Services

All shipments are made via air.  UPS is our default and preferred carrier, offering door-to-door service in nearly all countries.

Shipping costs are billed to the customer, prepaid and add to invoice, FOB Spicewood TX.  Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or other customs fees.

Other carriers (eg: DHL, FedEx) may be used for customers who provide their shipping account number.  This may add a 1-2 day delay to order processing time.

Insurance

We insure international orders for the full value of the goods.  Insurance is included in the displayed shipping cost.
